By using FITNESS MENTALITY, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Membership & Payments

Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select. Weekly plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your profile or by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Class Bookings

Class spots are limited. If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as early as possible to open the spot for another member. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Conduct

You agree to use the gym and app respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination without refund.

Fitness Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the fitness data you log. FITNESS MENTALITY is not a medical provider. Always consult a physician before starting any fitness program.

Liability

You participate in all fitness activities at your own risk. FITNESS MENTALITY is not liable for injuries sustained during training. By using the gym, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical exercise.
